Vice President of Tax
Erica Noble, CPA and vice president of tax, is responsible for the company’s compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. She oversees MV’s team of tax accountants and leads all corporate tax filings and annual return preparation.
One of the original members of MV’s startup team leading growth initiatives, Noble joined MV in 2000 as the company’s controller. She had responsibility for managing the finance department of the organization as it grew from a local, San Francisco Bay Area transportation firm to a national leader in transportation contracting.
Throughout her tenure, Noble managed a number of special projects focused on preparing the firm for sustained growth.
Prior to joining MV, Noble spent two years as a Corporate Auditor for Southwestern Bell Communications, Inc. in San Ramon, Calif. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Accountant at Middleton and Middleton, CPA, in Oakland, Calif.
Noble is a California Certified Public Accountant.
