MV Transportation, Inc. Signs First Overseas Contract in Saudi Arabia

Fairfield, Calif., (February 2, 2012) –  Today, MV Transportation, Inc., the largest privately-owned transportation contracting firm based in the United States, announced its first contract outside of North America.  MV and Earadat Transportation, LLC entered into a new two-year management agreement on January 1, 2012. Under this contract, MV will provide management services for the operation of Earadat’s transit system in Saudi Arabia’s eastern province.

MV Transportation, Inc. Awarded $186 Million Dallas Paratransit Contract

Fairfield, Calif., (January 30, 2012) – Today, MV Transportation, Inc., the largest privately-owned transportation contracting firm based in the United States, announced it has been selected by the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Board of Directors for its Mobility Management paratransit contract. Under the terms of this new seven year, $186 million agreement, MV will provide service across the 13 City Metroplex of Dallas and will provide more than 750,000 trips in the first year.

MV Transportation, Inc. to Operate Anchorage, Alaska School Bus Service

Fairfield, Calif., (December 5, 2011) – Today, MV Transportation Inc., a leading provider of passenger transportation services in North America, announced an agreement with the Anchorage School District (ASD) in Alaska for the operation of two-thirds of its school bus routes.  The transition of all routes previously operated by Forsythe Transportation completed today with no disruption of service.
